John Ashby qualified as a Solicitor in 1971. After practising in Liverpool for 24 years, he joined Fiona Bruce LLP in 1995. John specialises in Commercial Property Law and Charity Law. John lives locally in Grappenhall and is married with two grown-up daughters.
- He specialises in sales, purchases, leases and licences of all types of commercial and charity property - shops, offices, industrial and warehouse units and church buildings.
- John also undertakes the formation and registration of charities, whether by Declaration of Trust, formation of Companies Limited by Guarantee, or Constitutions for Unincorporated Associations.
- He is legal adviser to many local and national charities and provides continuing advice and assistance to their trustees.
