Where someone dies who did not leave a will this is called 'intestacy'.
In such circumstances it will be necessary to apply to the Court for a Grant of Letters of Administration to enable the estate to be dealt with. We will gladly assist you in this process.
We will give practical and sensitive advice to families and personal representatives (those appointed by the Court to manage the estate), on how best to deal with matters following a person’s death.
