Lexcel Accreditation
Fiona Bruce Solicitors are proud to announce that we have received a re-accreditation with Lexcel, the Law Society’s Legal Practice Quality Mark for Excellence in Legal Practice Management and Client Care. We are one of the first firms in the country to be accredited by Lexcel, a standard we have held since 1998!
Particular areas of good practice that have been highlighted are our staff induction; anti-money laundering training; record keeping; client feedback; colleague file review; and client feedback.
