Selling

We deal with all aspects of selling properties including:

• Shared ownership properties
• Retirement flats
• Unregistered land
• The usual flat or house sale

We can also assist you if you are an Executor or Attorney selling property on behalf of somebody else. We have online facilities with Land Registry and we can obtain copies of your Title and documents required to assist with selling your property.

As part of the transaction, we issue the Contract papers to your buyer's solicitor upon receipt of confirmation, they are instructed to act. We will then assist you with any questions they may raise on the papers, and will liaise with you throughout the transaction and keep you updated with the timescales for completion. On completion, we will assist with redeeming any existing mortgage on the land if necessary and pay your estate agent's bill on your behalf from your proceeds of sale.
