The Stamp Duty holiday and what it means for your new property

Following the latest change to the Stamp Duty from today until March 2021 please find below a link which will be able to assist in calculating the stamp duty for your new property. The stamp duty holiday will only apply to properties that are completing today or hereafter and will not be retrospectively applied. The stamp duty becomes payable on the completion date.
