Moving house rules and regulations may have changed slightly at the moment, this is not to say that it will not go ahead in future but that we may need to adapt our current strategy and wait a little longer until the move can go ahead. Given the situation in the UK with regard to the outbreak of coronavirus, the government is urging parties involved in home moving to be flexible and adapt where possible to help others, which may involve altering their usual processes.

During this difficult time, and in particular for those hoping to move house, it is important to stay up to date with the government guidance. A new guidance note for those hoping to move has been issued on the 20th April which you can review here: government guidance on moving home.

The law society are also doing their best to assist and guide the process, offering help, guidance and regular updates following on government feedback. You can find their latest comments here: The Law Society support services.

We are here to help you with any questions or concerns regarding the process. We are open for business as usual and here to help.
