Help to Buy

If you purchased your property with a Help to Buy Mortgage Scheme we can assist with the redemption of this loan.  Whether this be as part of your sale or if you can redeem the loan in full due to a change in circumstance.   We can also deal with a re-mortgage on your behalf which consolidates your mortgage and Help to Buy Loan.  

Before your proceed you should contact Target, this is the company who have been appointed to deal with the mortgaged on behalf of the Homes Community Agency.  You will need to obtain their redemption pack.  As part of the same you will need to provide them with their admin fee and a valuation report so they can provide a redemption figure. 

On completion of the redemption we will ensure Homes and Community Agent remove the charge from your title and provide you with a copy of the updated title to evidence the same.

Estimated time 8-10 weeks depending you obtaining the figure from Target.
