In the modern world, more and more of our information, and sometimes our property, is stored online. The sorts of digital assets you may need to consider could range from photographs, to social media or email accounts, to crypto-currency. 

There is still a long way to go for the law and legal practice in terms of the rules governing digital assets however that does not mean that they should not be taken into account when considering how your affairs, and your estate, will be managed.
