Client Survey Results

As part of our endeavour to provide excellent client care, our clients are sent questionnaires, both on instruction and conclusion of their matter, asking them to evaluate the service they have received in a number of different areas. Our annual report of findings has just been produced, with the results as follows: 100% of clients in the Initial and 99% of clients in the Concluding questionnaires stated that they would recommend Fiona Bruce Solicitors; 93% of clients would use us again. When asked to score on a scale of 1-5 (1 being poor and 5 being excellent) in a range of performance areas; the average score attained was 4.8, again demonstrating clients’ satisfaction with the service they have received.
