2 months ago we welcomed our first apprentice to the team. We asked him to provide a short write up about his experience so far:
“My name is George Harrison and I am an apprentice at Fiona Bruce Solicitors for the property and family departments, studying for Business Administration Level 3. I have been here for two months so far and it has been a great experience – I have already learned so much about the business environment. The main duties of my role are to support both departments, lighten the work load for other staff, and to print and distribute correspondence. I really enjoy all the work that I do and I feel like a valued member of the team.
My favourite experience that I have had so far is when I went to court to take notes at a family court; it was my first court experience so it was very interesting. It has been a brilliant experience from the start, and I have been made to feel very welcome by all the solicitors and support staff who helped me to settle in almost immediately. I am very grateful for the opportunity that I have and I am looking forward to learning more throughout the course of my apprenticeship.”
Keep updated with the development of our team on our news page.
