Fiona Bruce Solicitors has recently received reaccreditation with Lexcel following their annual reassessment. Lexcel, is the Law Society’s legal practice quality mark for client care, compliance and practice management.
It sets the standard for: client care; risk management; people management; structure and strategy; financial management; information management; and file and case management. In particular, the following good areas of practice were identified: the practice’s involvement in charity and community work; the professional development opportunities offered to individual staff in relation to their professional discipline; and commitment to seeking client feedback.
