Throughout the month of November, staff at Fiona Bruce Solicitors have been donating food items to support Prescot Salvation Army’s Nationwide Warm Welcome scheme, which provides a safe warm space and free hot meals to have as take away or sit in.
Their “Open Lounge” is open Wednesdays 12 noon till 2pm, running alongside the foodbank, Thursdays 11am till 1pm and the plan is for Wednesday Evenings 7pm till 9pm. They are also hoping to provide Christmas parcels like last year.
Today, Major Bryn Hargreaves came to collect the food donations and also a cheque from Stephen Gray, on behalf of the Partners at Fiona Bruce Solicitors, to support the amazing work that they are doing.
