About the Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages
- New-build transactions
- Shared ownership
- Flats
What We’re Looking For
- A willingness to work hard as part of a busy team
- Experience in residential conveyancing
- Good technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
- Excellent client-care and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- A willingness to support the development of our Trainee Solicitors
