We have an opening for a 2 years+PQE
Commercial Solicitor to help build our developing Commercial Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a genuine team player looking to work in a quality law firm of like-minded, supportive colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
- Advise on business structures, acquisitions and disposals
- Provide commercially focused legal solutions to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support the training and development of our young lawyers
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial law
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial transactions
- Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to provide practical, strategic advice
- Able to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively
- A team player with a proactive, professional approach
