The results from our latest client questionnaire report have just been published, with data analysed from the last 6 months of questionnaires returned by clients on initial instruction and on the conclusion of their matter. Yet again, the results are very pleasing with average performance scores in a range of service areas ranging from 4.8-4.9 out of 5, where 5 is excellent.
