Lexcel Re-accreditation

Fiona Bruce Solicitors is pleased to announce their Lexcel re-accreditation, following an annual maintenance visit. Lexcel, is the Law Society’s legal practice quality mark for client care, compliance and practice management. During assessment, assessors identify whether a practice complies with the requirements set out in Lexcel’s practice management standard by examining the practice’s procedures, policies and plans.

As part of the re-accreditation, six areas of good practice were identified in the following areas: Structures and Strategy; Information Management; People Management; Risk Management and Client Care. The specific areas of good practice highlighted within these sections were: the Business Plan; ICT plan; Social Media reports; training and professional development opportunities; supervision and appropriate allocation of work; and the body of client feedback.
